Services, prices, and payment
| Price | The launch review and downloadable guides offered on this website are currently provided free of charge. Engagements beyond that are quoted individually and contracted under a separate written agreement; the price, scope, and schedule are stated in that agreement before any work begins. If a paid service is ever offered for purchase directly through this website, its price including Japanese consumption tax will be shown on the order page and listed here. |

| Additional costs | Any third-party costs — for example crowdfunding platform fees, advertising spend, certification testing, freight, customs duty, or warehousing — are quoted separately and are not included in our service fee. Customers are responsible for their own internet connection and any bank transfer charges. |
| Payment methods | Bank transfer to our Japanese account, or the electronic payment methods stated in the applicable agreement or on the order page. |
| Payment timing | As set out in the applicable agreement. Where invoices are used, payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. |
| Delivery / provision of services | Free launch reviews are returned by email, normally within 48 hours of a complete submission. Downloadable guides are sent by email immediately after you request them. Paid services are provided according to the schedule agreed in writing. |
| Cancellation and refunds | Free materials carry no obligation on either side and can be stopped at any time simply by telling us. For paid engagements, cancellation and refund terms are set out in the applicable written agreement. Because our services are bespoke professional services delivered to order, fees for work already performed are generally non-refundable; we will always state this clearly in the agreement before you commit. |

Note: KETCHUPs provides business-to-business professional services. The statutory cooling-off right under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions does not apply to mail-order sales, and the Act’s consumer protections do not generally apply to transactions entered into by a business for its business purposes.
